Denon DRM-740

Denon DRM-740 Cassette Recorder

Denon DRM-740 is a 3-head compact cassette deck with a 4-track, 2-channel stereo sound system with a tape speed of 1.875 ips. We have found this machine to be reliable, consistent, and good at handing a wide range of tapes. We’ve had tapes that have lost their pressure pads, and that doesn’t matter with this machine. Some tapes have squealed, and that has been fixed by a quick fast-forward and fast-rewind, then playing the tape.
